Can I receive branded and unbranded website versions?
Yes, when included in the selected package. The branded version features the agent and brokerage. An unbranded version can be prepared for MLS use when requested, but the agent remains responsible for confirming local MLS, brokerage, and advertising requirements.
Who is responsible for media rights and advertising compliance?
The client must have permission to use every photo, video, tour, plan, logo, trademark, testimonial, and piece of listing information supplied. The agent or brokerage is also responsible for confirming accuracy and compliance with local MLS, fair-housing, brokerage, advertising, platform, and disclosure rules before approval and publication.
How will I receive the finished work?
Websites are delivered as hosted links or an approved self-hosted package. Reels are delivered in the format stated in the quote for the selected platforms. Flyers are delivered as print-ready files or through the delivery method stated in the quote. Review and approval happen before final delivery.
What does ListingRoyale create?
ListingRoyale is a done-for-you listing marketing service for real estate professionals. We turn a property brief and approved assets into coordinated property websites, social media reels, and print-ready flyers. Photography, Matterport, and original property-video services are available in San Diego and may be coordinated through partners in other markets. You choose the formats; our team handles production, previews, revisions, and delivery.
How do the website, reels, and flyer work together?
The listing is the source of truth. Its property details, photography, floor plans, walkthroughs, existing video, and agent brand can be reused across each requested deliverable. That keeps the story and contact path consistent while avoiding repeated intake and unnecessary production work.
Do you provide Matterport service, or can I use my own provider?
Yes. We provide Matterport capture in the San Diego area. In other markets, we can coordinate with qualified partners where available. If you already have a Matterport provider or an existing tour, that is completely welcome. We can work with the tour they provide as long as you are authorized to use it; there is no requirement to replace a provider you trust.
Can you provide photography, or work with my photographer?
Yes. In the San Diego area, professional real estate photography is available through San Diego Real Estate Photography, the established company behind ListingRoyale. In other markets, we can coordinate with trusted local partners where available. We are equally happy to work with properly licensed photography from your current provider and build the website, reels, and other requested campaign assets around it.
Is there a discount when ListingRoyale already has the website assets?
Often, yes. When an existing ListingRoyale website gives us usable photography, walkthroughs, listing details, and approved brand assets, the custom quote can include a reuse discount. The amount depends on what is production-ready and what the new deliverables require.
How do subscription request limits work?
Each subscription shows how many new website requests, included custom domains, and separately quoted reel requests are available during its billing period. Reel allowance is permission to request a quote, not an included reel price. Your dashboard shows current usage before you submit a request.
Can I cancel or request a refund?
Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the production work already completed and any non-refundable third-party costs, including domain registration. A custom quote shows the scope and payment terms before purchase. Review the applicable policy before payment.
Can you use property media I already have?
Yes. We welcome photography, 3D-tour links, floor plans, existing video, property descriptions, logos, headshots, colors, and brokerage materials from any provider, as long as you are authorized to use them. ListingRoyale can also provide available production services or help identify gaps. You do not have to replace a photographer, videographer, tour company, designer, or other partner whose work you value.
Do I have to use the same company for every asset?
No. ListingRoyale is designed to coordinate good work, not lock you into one provider. We can supply available photography and other production services, work entirely with authorized assets from your existing providers, or combine both approaches. We welcome collaboration with photographers, videographers, tour companies, floor-plan providers, designers, and brokerage teams.
What property and agent information do you need?
The exact intake depends on the deliverable. Most campaigns use the property address, status, price, facts, description, amenities, showing or inquiry path, launch timing, photography, and available tours or plans. We also use the agent name, headshot, contact details, brokerage identity, logo, and any required disclosures.
How quickly will my listing campaign be ready?
A standard property website typically targets three to five business days after payment and asset readiness. Reels and flyers receive a delivery estimate in the quote because timing depends on quantity, complexity, and the assets supplied. Your account shows the current production status.
How many revisions are included?
The website package or custom quote shows the included revision allowance. Revisions cover corrections and reasonable presentation adjustments within the approved scope. New concepts, new deliverables, or major scope changes may require a revised quote.
Can details be updated if the price or listing status changes?
Yes. Send the changed price, status, open-house timing, description, or other verified details through the applicable project or support request. Website updates and new campaign deliverables are handled according to the active plan, included revision allowance, or approved quote.
Can I request reels or a flyer without ordering a website?
Yes. Reels and flyers can be requested as one-off, separately quoted work. A website is not required. If ListingRoyale has already produced the property website or organized its assets, tell us so the quote can account for work that can be reused.
How are social media reels priced?
Reels are custom quoted based on the number of finished reels, campaign moments, platforms, creative scope, and assets already available. About $25 per finished reel is a useful early planning estimate for standard work, before any applicable reuse discount or added scope. Your written quote shows the final price before you purchase.
Which platforms and campaign moments can reels cover?
Tell us where the reel will run and what it needs to announce. Common platforms include Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. Campaigns can include Just Listed, Open House, Price Improvement, Feature Highlight, Under Contract, Just Sold, or another custom moment.
Can you provide property video, or work with my videographer?
Yes. We provide original property video in the San Diego area and, where available, coordinate with production partners in other markets. If you already have a videographer, finished video, or usable footage, we welcome it. We can incorporate properly licensed video from any provider into the property website and evaluate it for reels and other compatible campaign uses.
How is a ListingRoyale website different from a Matterport link?
A standalone tour focuses on the walkthrough. A ListingRoyale website turns the available tour into a complete property destination with photography, floor plans, existing video, details, agent branding, and direct buyer calls to action. The same assets can also support the social and print campaign.
Who owns the domain?
The registration and management arrangement depends on the option you choose.
- ListingRoyale-managed: Transfer the domain to us or have us register it. We manage DNS, renewals, privacy settings, and the website connection on your behalf.
- Self-managed: Keep the domain in your own registrar account. You remain responsible for renewals, access, and making the DNS changes we provide.
A domain can be transferred later, subject to registrar locks, authorization requirements, and the Domain Terms.
What happens after the listing sells?
The website can be marked sold, retained as a portfolio example, redirected, archived, or kept online as an ongoing marketing asset. You can also request a Just Sold reel or updated flyer as separately quoted work. Website options depend on whether ListingRoyale or your own provider hosts it.
Can I use a domain I already own?
Yes. You can bring an existing domain and choose the management arrangement that fits you best.
- Transfer the domain to ListingRoyale so we can manage the registrar settings, DNS, renewal coordination, and website connection for you.
- Keep the domain with your current registrar and manage it yourself. We provide the DNS records and connection instructions you need.
If you keep control of the domain, you are responsible for maintaining registrar access and renewing it before expiration.
Should I transfer my domain to ListingRoyale or manage it myself?
For most clients, transferring domain management to ListingRoyale is the easiest option. It lets one team coordinate the domain, DNS, HTTPS connection, and website launch without waiting for changes in another account.
Self-management is also available if you prefer to keep the domain at your registrar. You will need to maintain access, complete the DNS changes we send, and handle renewals.
Why is ListingRoyale hosting the easiest option?
ListingRoyale hosting is the recommended, lowest-friction option because the website and hosting environment are configured together. We handle deployment, HTTPS, domain connection, and supported integrations as one coordinated setup.
This removes most server compatibility and configuration issues and gives you one place to request help. Your package or order will show the applicable hosting term and renewal details.
Can I host the website myself?
Yes. If you prefer custom or self-managed hosting, we can provide a complete website package ready to upload.
For most standard hosting accounts, the process is simply:
- Upload the ZIP package to the public folder for your domain.
- Extract it in that folder.
- Point your domain to the hosting account and confirm HTTPS is active.
With self-hosting, you are responsible for the server, DNS, HTTPS certificate, backups, uptime, and ongoing hosting configuration.
Will every integration work on my own hosting?
The self-hosted package is prepared to run as delivered on a compatible web host. Integrations that depend on server settings, private credentials, webhooks, or third-party services may require additional configuration in your environment.
ListingRoyale hosting is recommended when you want the smoothest setup and supported integrations with the fewest handoffs. We include deployment notes with a self-hosted package, but custom server administration or troubleshooting may require separate support.
